That said, we anticipate that some of the families currently renting may choose to transition into homeownership in the coming months, which could influence market activity—particularly in the $5 million to $15 million range, where the majority of affected properties were valued. While a handful of higher-value estates were also impacted, the overall volume remains limited based on current assessments.
