Dina and her partner, Geoff, live near Montecito’s Upper Village. As the office’s earliest riser, Dina usually starts her days with a dog walk and a workout, then emails and phone calls. When she’s not working, she can be found hosting friends and visiting family, playing mahjong, trying out her new skills on the golf course, or just sitting in the backyard enjoying a good book.

SARAH HANACEK

PARTNER

Sarah began her real estate career with Riskin Partners in 2004 and has been an integral part of Riskin Partners Estate Group’s success ever since. Sarah’s meticulous attention to detail, depth of experience, and deep connection to our community make her the ultimate advisor for Montecito’s luxury real estate market. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, showing an oceanfront estate, or diving into the nuance of complex contracts, Sarah brings outstanding client advocacy to all aspects of buying and selling property. New clients, as well as those who have worked with Sarah on multiple transactions, benefit from her ability to balance all aspects of the sales process.

Sarah and her husband, Dave, reside in Montecito with their 6-year-old son, Banks, and teenage twins, Kayleb and Maddyn. With firsthand experience navigating local preschools, elementary schools, junior highs, and high schools, Sarah is passionate about sharing her family's journey through ELMO Preschool and Montecito Union. On weekends, the Hanacek family enjoys biking to the local beaches, taking walks through their beautiful Hedgerow neighborhood, and attending concerts at the Santa Barbara Bowl. The ultimate entertainer, Sarah, loves hosting family and friends in her backyard and enjoys everything Santa Barbara has to offer - a perfect climate, family-focused lifestyle, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventures!

ROBERT RISKIN

PARTNER

Robert’s passion for real estate started at a young age, when he would accompany his mother, Rebecca Riskin, to open houses and showings as an infant. Robert’s dedication to honoring his mother’s legacy as the most successful and respected agent in the history of Montecito has led him to become an integral part of the firm. Clients value Robert’s willingness to tackle any challenge head-on and navigate difficult negotiations. His expertise in all aspects of the escrow process, combined with his easy-going demeanor, makes him a pleasure to work with.

Robert’s love for travel led him to spend four years in Rio De Janeiro, where he met his wife, Fe. After returning to Santa Barbara in 2013, he continued his career in real estate, selling properties in his hometown. Robert and Fe, along with their two young sons, Lucca and Leo, now call Montecito home. They are grateful for the opportunity to raise their children in this fantastic community, just as Robert and his sister were. As a third-generation Realtor on both sides of her family, Jasmine brings a deeply ingrained understanding of what it takes to successfully position, negotiate, and close luxury real estate at the highest level. With hundreds of transactions over nearly two decades, she is known for her sharp market instincts, strategic approach to pricing and negotiation, and her unwavering advocacy for clients navigating complex, high-value sales.

Before joining Riskin Partners more than twelve years ago, Jasmine honed her skills in Seattle’s competitive West Bellevue luxury market, representing tech executives and international buyers in sophisticated, fast-moving transactions. Today, as an integral member of Riskin Partners, her practice spans estate properties, primary residences, second homes, and off-market opportunities with particular strength in advising sellers on timing, positioning, and deal structure to achieve optimal outcomes. Jasmine is especially valued for her ability to anticipate challenges, manage nuance, and guide clients confidently through California’s intricate escrow process.

Jasmine and her husband, Corry, first discovered Santa Barbara in 2011 and soon after made the move from Seattle, ultimately settling in Montecito. Her deep local knowledge, paired with a disciplined, thoughtful sales approach, allows her to serve clients with both perspective and precision. Outside of real estate, Jasmine is an avid home cook and a natural host who enjoys hot yoga, wine tasting in the Santa Ynez Valley, live music, and time spent with friends. She is also the proud mom of two beloved office dogs, Cali and Jimi.

After retiring as a professional ballerina, Rebecca Riskin began selling property in LA’s exclusive Westside neighborhoods. In 1990, she and her family relocated to Montecito where she quickly established herself as one of the most trusted names in real estate. Over the next 28 years, Rebecca was involved in hundreds of transactions, representing many of the area’s most iconic residents and their estates. Rebecca’s effortless elegance perfectly embodied the essence of Montecito. She was discrete, well-connected, tenacious, eloquent, warm, and direct; all qualities that contributed to her legendary success. 

Above all else, Rebecca lived a life of service: to her family, friends, clients, colleagues, and community. She was selfless with her time and generous with her knowledge. Through years of dedication and hard work, Rebecca carefully built a firm and a brand that continues to thrive in her honor. Led by four of Rebecca’s former mentees turned partners, Riskin Partners Estate Group embodies the same advocacy, integrity, and level of service for which Rebecca was so well known.

As the Director of Marketing and Operations, Erin Lammers brings nearly a decade of expertise to our team. Her sharp design sensibility, strategic vision, and results-oriented approach enable her to lead the creation and execution of highly impactful marketing campaigns. SYDNEY FRENKEL

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Making the move from the scenic beaches of East Hampton, New York, to the iconic coastline of Santa Barbara, Sydney brings an appreciation for luxury real estate and design. Before joining Riskin Partners as a Marketing Assistant, she worked at an award-winning digital agency where she specialized in strategic design, blending creativity and analytics to craft compelling brand experiences. As a 2021 graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Sydney holds a degree in Media Design with minors in Business and Philosophy. In her current role, she plays a vital part in executing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, and enhancing brand presence. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys staying active, whether it’s walking her dog on the beach, surfing, skiing, or traveling with friends and family.

ELIZA MURRAY

SALES ASSOCIATE

A native of Manhattan Beach, Eliza is a valued member of the Riskin Partners team. While attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, she fell in love with the Santa Barbara and Montecito communities and joined Riskin Partners in 2020. Now in her sixth year with the team, Eliza brings a well-rounded background in both marketing and sales, allowing her to excel in her all-encompassing role as a Sales Associate. She oversees every stage of the transaction process with precision and care, supported by her passion for real estate and dedication to building strong client relationships. When she’s not guiding clients or supporting the sales team, Eliza enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, taking full advantage of Santa Barbara’s natural beauty.
