Having worked alongside industry icon and mentor, Rebecca Riskin, for 14 years, it’s no wonder that long-time clients and colleagues alike look to Dina as an advisor and confidant, and that she leads the firm with an unrivaled level of excellence, expertise, and integrity. Dina and her partner, Geoff, live near Montecito’s Upper Village. As the office’s earliest early-riser, Dina usually starts her days with an early yoga class, a sunrise walk, or emails and phone calls. When she’s not working, she can be found hosting friends and visiting family, playing mahjong, trying out her new skills on the golf course or just sitting in the backyard enjoying a good book.

SARAH HANACEK

PARTNER

Sarah began her real estate career with Riskin Partners in 2004 and has been an integral part of Riskin Partners Estate Group’s success ever since. Sarah’s meticulous attention to detail, depth of experience, and deep connection to our community make her the ultimate advisor for Montecito’s luxury real estate market. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, showing an oceanfront estate, or diving into the nuance of complex contracts, Sarah brings outstanding client advocacy to all aspects of buying and selling property. New clients as well as those who have worked with Sarah on multiple transactions benefit from her ability to balance all aspects of the sales process.

Sarah and her husband, Dave, reside in Montecito with their 4 year-old son, Banks, and teenage twins, Kayleb and Maddyn. With firsthand experience navigating local preschools, elementary schools, junior highs, and high schools, Sarah is passionate about sharing her family's journey through ELMO Preschool and Montecito Union. On weekends the Hanacek family enjoys biking to the local beaches, taking walks through their beautiful Hedgerow neighborhood, and attending concerts at the Santa Barbara Bowl. The ultimate entertainer, Sarah, loves hosting family and friends in her backyard and enjoys everything Santa Barbara has to offer - a perfect climate, family-focused lifestyle, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventures!

ROBERT RISKIN

PARTNER

Robert’s passion for real estate started at a young age, when he would accompany his mother, Rebecca Riskin, to open houses and showings as an infant. Robert’s dedication to honoring his mother’s legacy as the most successful and respected agent in the history of Montecito has led him to become an integral part of the firm. Clients value Robert’s willingness to tackle any challenge head-on and navigate difficult negotiations. His expertise in all aspects of the escrow process, combined with his easy-going demeanor, make him a pleasure to work with.

Robert’s love for travel led him to spend four years in Rio De Janeiro, where he met his wife, Fe. After returning to Santa Barbara in 2013, he continued his career in real estate, selling properties in his hometown. Robert and Fe, along with their two young sons, Lucca and Leo, now call Montecito home. They are grateful for the opportunity to raise their children in this fantastic community, just as Robert and his sister were. JASMINE TENNIS

As a third-generation Realtor on both sides of her family, Jasmine’s love of luxury real estate comes from a deep-rooted understanding of how to connect the right people with the right property at the right time. With hundreds of transactions over her nearly 20 year career, Jasmine has committed herself to provide luxury real estate buyers and sellers with the utmost level of advocacy, knowledge, and an unparalleled standard of excellence. Before joining Riskin Partners a decade ago, Jasmine sold real estate in Seattle’s exclusive West Bellevue market where she successfully worked with tech executives from all over the world. From primary residences to vacation properties, downsizing to finding dream homes, Jasmine has a knack for helping people identify, negotiate, and close on the perfect property and excels in guiding clients through all aspects of the complicated California escrow process. 

Jasmine and her husband, Corry, first fell in love with Santa Barbara after vacationing here in 2011. Shortly after that, they sold their house in Seattle and moved to Santa Barbara before finally settling in Montecito. Jasmine is an avid chef and loves trying out new recipes for friends and neighbors. When she’s not working, you can find Jasmine at a hot yoga class, wine tasting in the Valley, listening to live music, or out and about with friends. Jas is also mom to two of the office dogs, Cali and Jimi.

REBECCA RISKIN

In Memoriam

After retiring as a professional ballerina, Rebecca Riskin began selling property in LA’s exclusive Westside neighborhoods. In 1990, she and her family relocated to Montecito where she quickly established herself as one of the most trusted names in real estate. Over the next 28 years, Rebecca was involved in hundreds of transactions, representing many of the area’s most iconic residents and their estates. Rebecca’s effortless elegance perfectly embodied the essence of Montecito. She was discrete, well-connected, tenacious, eloquent, warm, and direct; all qualities that contributed to her legendary success. 

Above all else, Rebecca lived a life of service: to her family, friends, clients, colleagues, and community. She was selfless with her time and generous with her knowledge. Through years of dedication and hard work, Rebecca carefully built a firm and a brand that continues to thrive in her honor. Led by four of Rebecca’s former mentees turned partners, Riskin Partners Estate Group embodies the same advocacy, integrity, and level of service for which Rebecca was so well known.

As the Director of Marketing and Operations, Erin Lammers brings nearly a decade of expertise to our team. With an in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, Erin plays a pivotal role in upholding the firm's aesthetic and driving its success. Her sharp design sensibility, strategic vision, and results-oriented approach enable her to lead the creation and execution of highly impactful marketing campaigns. Erin's dedication to exceptional service and her talent for cultivating strong client relationships have made her an invaluable asset to our company. Residing in Santa Barbara with her husband and two children, who attend Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in Montecito, Erin balances her professional excellence with a vibrant family life.

ELIZA MURRAY

SALES ASSOCIATE

A native of Manhattan Beach, Eliza is a valued part of the Riskin Partners team. While attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, Eliza fell in love with the Santa Barbara and Montecito areas, joining Riskin Partners in 2020. Starting in marketing, she rose through the ranks to her current role as a Sales Associate, where she handles all aspects of the transaction process. Her passion for real estate and strong client relationships drive her success. When she’s not overseeing deals or supporting the sales team, Eliza enjoys spending time with friends exploring Santa Barbara’s beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and renowned restaurants.

LAURA HENDERSON

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Laura brings a wealth of local knowledge and expertise to the real estate industry. Before joining Riskin Partners as a Marketing Assistant, she gained valuable experience in the insurance sector, which sharpened her understanding of quality service and professionalism. As a 2022 graduate of The College of Idaho, Laura holds a degree in Marketing and Digital Media. In her current role, she is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, and enhancing the overall brand presence. When she’s not working, Laura enjoys spending time with friends and family, soaking up the sun at local beaches, and chasing birdies on the golf course.

 

ALIYA MARTINEZ

Raised in Marin County, Aliya brings a dedication to service to her role as a Sales Assistant with Riskin Partners. With a degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she excels at fostering connections and assisting with the intricate details of real estate transactions. Whether drafting paperwork, coordinating schedules, or supporting the sales team, she is dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences. Outside of work, Aliya enjoys staying active with pilates classes and cooking fun recipes to share with friends and family.
