NOELLE WOLF SHARES HER GORGEOUS HOPE RANCH ESTATE WITH FORBES
4160 La Ladera Road, Hope Ranch
Offered at $19,995,000
Noelle Wolf, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and designer of her London-based lingerie brand shares her intimate California coastal terrace home with Forbes. In hopes to downsize respectfully, she looks to sell her inspiring estate to an appreciative buyer who shares her feeling of belonging when stepping onto the property.
Architects Zoran Pevec and Matt Goff, the founders of Archive Design Group, are known for their curatorial approach to design, focusing on the human experience. When outlining the "minimalist luxury mansion,” the two fixated on their goal of prioritizing connection and intimacy on such an extensive property, with familiar spaces and a “homey” feel.
Pevec and Goff had no interest in sacrificing casual comfort for grand spaces, but instead wanted to incorporate both in their work. With the help of landscape architect, Xander Thompson, they were able to do just that.
Thompson had the vision of designing a house that fit into its surroundings, while still remaining private and guarded from the outside world. He used a series of pivoting glass doors to achieve this sense of fluidity between outdoor and indoor spaces.
Additionally, Thompson utilized the terraces in the hillside of the property, as the different levels optimize the ocean sightline from multiple different vantage points, producing breathtaking views from nearly every room.
The team’s overarching goal of producing something of “absolute beauty” and “absolute interest” was nothing but perfectly surpassed with this property. Read the full story on Forbes.
