Robert quite literally began his career in real estate when he was 12 months old. Robert’s mother and founder of Riskin Partners, Rebecca Riskin, used to bring her young son to open houses and showings when he was still in diapers.
Thirty years later, Robert has become a Partner in and an integral part of his late mother's firm and has dedicated his career to honoring her legacy as the most successful and respected agent in the history of Montecito. Diving headfirst into all aspects of the business, clients delight in Robert’s willingness to tackle any and every challenge head-on, navigate difficult negotiations, and balance all aspects of the escrow process with ease. Robert is also an exceptionally talented aerial photographer and has produced many of the teams’ stunning property films.
After graduating college with a business degree, Robert spent four years living in Rio De Janeiro where he met his lovely wife, Fe, before returning to Santa Barbara in 2014 to continue his career selling real estate in his beloved hometown. Robert and Fe currently live in Santa Barbara with their 3-year old son, Lucca, and are very grateful that Lucca has the opportunity to grow up in this fantastic community, just as Robert did.

Rebecca Riskin, a Los Angeles native, began selling real estate in L.A.’s exclusive Westside in 1979. In 1990, Rebecca moved to Montecito and quickly rose to the top of her field. Providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers, Rebecca possessed an extensive knowledge of the market having been involved in countless unique transactions. With an exceptionally strong work ethic, a love of architecture and design and a sincere interest in providing unparalleled service to her clients, Rebecca’s legendary track record speaks for itself.
The tragic twin events of the Thomas Fire and 1/9 Debris flow altered our landscape and tested our strength. During the debris flow, we abruptly lost our Founding Partner, Rebecca Riskin.
Rebecca was a dear friend, a mentor, industry icon, mother, wife, and grandmother. She embodied an effortless elegance and walked through the world with an easy sense of grace. Her absence weighs heavily on our hearts, though through our work and her namesake firm, we honor Rebecca’s excellence and legacy on a daily basis.
